• All products are returnable within 30 days of receipt by the end user for a full refund or exchange.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased at sale prices are not returnable.
• Products must be returned in original packaging and must be in ‘as new’ condition.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
